About the Mission
"Analysing Airline Strategy and Performance"

The industry needs sharp, skeptical analysis that actually explains what's happening beneath the surface, and isn't afraid to call out bad strategy when we see it. Our take is simple: airlines succeed or fail based on strategic choices, not luck.
Route networks, fleet decisions, pricing models, competitive positioning - these aren't abstract concepts. They're make or break calls that separate industry leaders from bankruptcy queue regulars. We break down those decisions, explain the trade-offs, and give our take on whether management is making the right decisions.
